Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a review, uploading materials, or otherwise using ReviewMyAppraisal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ReviewMyAppraisal provides quality-control assessments of appraisal reports. A review may identify apparent errors, inconsistencies, missing support, compliance concerns, or other items that deserve further attention.

The service is not a formal USPAP review appraisal, a new appraisal, legal advice, tax advice, lending advice, or a guarantee that an appraisal is correct or incorrect. For a formal review appraisal or advice specific to a transaction, consult an appropriately licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must have the right to upload every appraisal report and supporting file you submit.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or privacy-invasive purposes.

You retain ownership of materials you upload. You grant ReviewMyAppraisal a limited right to store, access, reproduce, and process those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

Do not upload material you are not authorised to share. You are responsible for removing unnecessary sensitive information before submission when practical.

Current prices, included review quantities, and expected turnaround times are displayed when you order. Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply where required.

Free or promotional credits have no cash value and may be limited or discontinued for future accounts. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily reverse charges or work already performed, except where required by law or expressly stated during checkout.

Turnaround estimates are targets rather than guarantees. Complex reports, incomplete submissions, technical issues, or unusual volume may require additional time. Findings reflect the materials supplied and the information reasonably available during the review.

You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at scale, impersonate another person, resell access without permission, or use findings in a misleading way.

The service relies on third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment, and email providers. We work to keep ReviewMyAppraisal available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ReviewMyAppraisal disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewMyAppraisal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on a review. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the review or subscription giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, threatens the service or others, or creates legal or security risk.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
