• Account information: your name, email address, authentication details, account role, and subscription or credit status.
• Review materials: appraisal reports, images, documents, supporting files, order details, and communications you submit.
• Transaction information: purchase status, plan, Stripe customer and transaction references, and related billing records. ReviewMyAppraisal does not receive your complete payment-card number.
• Technical information: information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session data, request logs, IP address, browser or device details, and error information.

• Provide appraisal report reviews and deliver findings.
• Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and manage access.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, credits, and customer support requests.
• Send service messages such as confirmations, upload notices, and findings notifications.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of the Terms of Service.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability and usability.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Uploaded appraisal reports and supporting files are used to perform the review you request and to operate related account features. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for those purposes.

You should avoid including information that is unnecessary for the review and must have authority to share the files you upload.

ReviewMyAppraisal uses specialised providers to operate the service, including:

• Supabase for authentication, database services, and private file storage.
• Stripe for checkout, payments, subscription management, and billing records.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Hosting, networking, security, and infrastructure providers needed to make the application available.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and only receive information reasonably necessary for their role.

We may share information with service providers described above, with professional advisers, or when reasonably necessary to:

• comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request;
• protect customers, the public, ReviewMyAppraisal, or the integrity of the service;
• investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or
• support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

ReviewMyAppraisal does not sell personal information for money.

The application uses session storage or cookies that are necessary to authenticate users, maintain signed-in sessions, protect account access, and operate core features. Your browser may allow you to block these technologies, but doing so can prevent login and other account functions from working.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and meet legal obligations. Retention may differ by information type. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to backups and legal requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect account information and uploaded documents. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your password, use a trusted device, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information. You may also manage subscription billing through the customer portal and can stop using the service at any time. Requests may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

ReviewMyAppraisal is intended for adults and professional users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

This policy may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an updated policy is posted.

Privacy questions or requests may be sent using the contact or reply method provided in your ReviewMyAppraisal account communications. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary appraisal documents with an initial request.
